USING Atmel/KANDA 10pin AVR ISP programmer
on the Dontronics DT103 and DT104 boards.

It is possible to use the Atmel/Kanda AVR ISP programmer that comes with STK200 to program the AVR's in the SimmStick boards DT103 and DT104.

This is done by adding an IDC10 connector to the board (there is room for this on both boards) or by making an adaptor between the SPI connector on the DT103/DT104 board and the IDC10 from the programmer. This document describes how this is done.

The picture above shows how to connect the IDC10 programming connector from STK200 to the SimmStick SPI connector on the DT103/DT104 board.

The picture above shows where to place the ISP connector on the DT104 board.

The picture above shows the necessary wiring on the DT104 board.

The picture above shows where to place the ISP connector on the DT103 board if you do not use the buzzer.
